1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- —Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- —In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- —With all original tags, dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards intact
- —Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- —Not a final sale or clearance item (these are marked clearly at time of purchase)
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- —Items marked as Final Sale
- —Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- —Items missing original packaging, tags, or authenticity documentation
- —Personalised or custom-ordered items
- —Gift cards
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, follow these steps:
- 01Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
- 02Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- 03Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- 04Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
- 05Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
